Description of Service

pitchko is an AI-powered platform that generates pitch deck presentations for digital marketing agencies. The Service analyzes brand data, market information, and competitive landscapes to produce automated presentation content. Generated content is intended as a starting point and should be reviewed before client use.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' access to the Service. You may not resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

The pitchko platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated through the Service for your presentations belongs to you, but we retain the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models and services.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing all output.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
